About Messenger Hub

Messenger Hub (also shown in the product as “Social Inbox Center”) is a web-based software platform that brings a business’s Facebook messages, comments, and page analytics into one place. It is built, owned, and operated by 21CT Research Co., Ltd. and provided to the Company and the affiliated businesses in its corporate group. It is not offered to outside organizations, and is not sold or licensed to third parties.

What the platform does

• A unified team inbox — Facebook Messenger conversations and Page comments from all of a business’s connected Pages, in one screen, with assignment, statuses, tags, and reply templates.
• Team workflow — role-based access (admin, team lead, page admin, viewer), task assignment, and response-time reporting.
• Page analytics — follower, reach, and engagement trends for connected Facebook Pages and TikTok accounts.
• Post planning — compose and schedule Facebook posts to the business’s own Pages.

Who uses it

Authorized staff of 21CT Research Co., Ltd. and of the affiliated companies in its corporate group. Each business connects its own Facebook Pages through Facebook Login, and its staff see only their own business’s data (enforced with row-level security). Customer data is used only to operate each business’s customer service — never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
