Data Deletion Instructions

Messenger Hub is an internal customer-messaging tool owned by 21CT Research Co., Ltd. and developed, hosted and maintained by AGILE SOFT CORPORATION COMPANY LIMITED (“Agilesoft”), used only by authorized staff of the Company and its parent and affiliated companies to manage messages and comments on those companies’ Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and TikTok accounts. This page explains how anyone whose data we process can have it deleted. For the full picture of what we process and why, see our Privacy Policy.

If you messaged or commented on one of the connected Facebook, Instagram or TikTok accounts

We store the platform’s ID for you, your conversation or comment with the account, and (where the platform provides it) your display name and profile picture. To have this deleted:

1. Email design@21ctresearch.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Tell us the platform, the Page or account you contacted, and your profile name.
3. We will verify and permanently delete your associated records within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you are an authorized staff user of 21CT Research Co., Ltd. or its affiliated companies

1. Disconnect the account in the app (Channels screen) to stop further collection.
2. Email design@21ctresearch.com to request erasure of stored conversation and customer history for that account; we complete this within 30 days.
