Data Deletion Instructions

Messenger Hub is an internal customer-messaging tool owned and operated by 21CT Research Co., Ltd., used only by the Company’s authorized staff to manage messages on the Company’s own Facebook Pages. This page explains how anyone whose data we process can have it deleted. For the full picture of what we process and why, see our Privacy Policy.

If you are a customer who messaged one of the Company’s Facebook Pages

We store your Facebook Page-Scoped ID, your conversation with the Page, and (where permitted) your display name and profile picture. To have this deleted:

1. Email design@21ctresearch.comwith the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Tell us the Facebook Page you messaged and the name on your Facebook profile.
3. We will verify and permanently delete your associated records within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you are an authorized staff user of 21CT Research Co., Ltd.

1. Disconnect the Facebook Page in the app (Channels screen) to stop further collection.
2. Email design@21ctresearch.com to request erasure of stored conversation and customer history for that Page; we complete this within 30 days.
