1. The service

Messenger Hub is an internal customer-messaging tool built, owned, and operated by 21CT Research Co., Ltd. (“the Company”). It lets authorized staff of the Company and its parent and affiliated companies manage messages from those companies’ connected Facebook Pages (each company owns its own Facebook business portfolio). It is provided solely for internal use by the Company and its parent and affiliated companies, and is not offered, sold, or licensed to third parties. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

Authorized users agree to use the app only to manage conversations for the Pages of the Company and its affiliated companies, and to comply with Meta’s Platform Terms and applicable law, including Thailand’s PDPA. Users must not use the app to send spam, harass, or violate the rights of customers.

3. Data

Use of customer data through the app is governed by our Privacy Policy and our deletion process at Data Deletion.

4. Availability & liability

The app is provided “as is” for the Company’s internal use without warranties. 21CT Research Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
